Job Description
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Convert all kinds of inquiries into customers
- Engage with customers to educate them on insurance and provide options that suit their requirement most appropriately.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
- To solicit and cross-sell to customers wide variety of options/products.
- Prepare daily reports on excel and submit to team managers for daily review.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record log on CRM tool.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
