- Selling and promoting online matrimony solutions to pre-generated leads by assessing their requirements.
- Regular interactions with the client ensuring follow-ups and client engagement.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
- Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
- Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, initiating a meeting between members.
