Job Description
- Point of contact for existing clients
- Responsible for generating regular orders with existing clients - Developing quotes and proposals.
- Responsible for complete fulfillment of orders by effectively coordinating with internal teams Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Lead generation using various channels.
- Maintaining MIS and ability to generate reports / dashboards
- Experience in Loyalty / Rewards/ Channel partner programs / Corporate gifting solutions is an advantage
