Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers via calls, emails, and messages, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a prompt and professional manner

Understand and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy

Maintain a polite and respectful tone during all interactions

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department

Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM or internal systems

Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction

Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure ongoing client retention

Assist in gathering customer feedback and share insights for service improvements

Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and query resolution
Required Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.)
