Roles and Responsibilities of Client Relations Executive

The roles and responsibilities of a Client Relations Executive (CRE) starts once a charger gets installed, and the vendor is onboarded.

This person will be responsible for :

• Function as first point of contact :

Connect with all the existing hosts (vendors) and share the his/her contact details

Connect with all new hosts soon after the location is live on the app

To share the dashboard link with the new hosts and ensure the hosts have opted for mode of payments (Manual or Automatic) and share with admin team if hosts have opted for manual invoicing

Highlight the charger related concerns raised by host and get a timeline to solve it from Operations team

Speak to the host if the charger is not working due to host related issues and followup for closure

Engage with the host for solving customer concerns received through Salesforce

• Ensure timely reimbursements and address reimbursement related concerns

Get the manual invoices from the hosts and share with admin team for uploading in relevant tools

Ensure all invoices are generated on time and payments are processed and disbursed

Connect with the hosts if there are any blockers for us to release the payments (GST, HSN, Address mismatch etc.) and get relevant documents and share with the relevant team (Admin, Finance etc)

• Engage with the BDM

This person has to maintain a tracker of host related concerns and inform any

critical concerns to the BDM for resolution

Responsible for host engagement activities and updating the tracker

Qualification :

Education : Degree

Work Experience : 1 - 2 years in Key account management or Customer Retention

Languages : English, Malayalam, Telugu
