Job Description

We are looking for detail oriented individuals who are proactive & self starters. If you are passionate about client servicing or like to engage in business development, then this role is made for you. Understanding client requirements and resolving all queries with Good English proficiency and Hindi or Kannada knowledge is important.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing Client Relationships

  • Build long-term, positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized services.

  • Act as a bridge between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups to strengthen customer engagement.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Address client queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, and service departments) to resolve client issues efficiently.

  • Ensure clients receive accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing prompt resolutions and effective solutions.

3. Business Development & Client Retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Develop strategies to retain high-value customers and reduce client churn.

  • Proactively engage with inactive clients to revive business relationships.

4. Client Onboarding & Orientation

  • Assist new clients during the onboarding process by guiding them through documentation, product details, and company policies.

  • Educate clients about available services, tools, and platforms to enhance their experience.

  • Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active customer by providing a hassle-free onboarding experience.

5. Maintaining Client Data & Reports

  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems and company databases.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client interactions, feedback, and account status.

  • Share client insights with management to improve products, services, and strategies.

  • Monitor client satisfaction scores and take corrective actions where necessary.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver client expectations effectively.

  • Liaise with product teams to communicate customer requirements and feedback.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.

  • Partner with marketing teams to implement client engagement campaigns.

7. Conducting Client Meetings & Reviews

  • Organize regular meetings with key clients to review account performance and service quality.

  • Gather insights on client satisfaction, expectations, and potential improvements.

  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, or service enhancements as needed.

  • Maintain a professional image while representing the company during meetings or events.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis to interpret client feedback and performance metrics.
