Job Description
Process : Pre-Approved offer client base for Personal loan Product
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to work in our Pre-Approved Personal Loan Process team. This role involves engaging with a pre-filtered client base that has already received pre-approved loan offers, and helping them complete the loan application or disbursement process smoothly.
You will act as the key point of contact between the company (or banking partner) and eligible clients, guiding them through loan features, documentation, and addressing queries. Your primary goal is to convert leads into disbursed personal loans while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction & Outreach

Reach out to potential clients with pre-approved personal loan offers using phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Clearly communicate loan eligibility, offer amount, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Relationship Management

Build trust and maintain a long-term relationship with clients by addressing all queries clearly and patiently.

Assist clients with documentation, form filling, e-KYC, and digital verification procedures.

Provide regular updates on application status and resolve any procedural delays.
3. Lead Conversion & Target Achievement

Follow up with leads in a timely and persistent manner to improve conversion rates.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly disbursement and call volume targets set by the team leader.

Ensure high accuracy in lead tracking, disposition, and maintaining CRM records.
4. Compliance & Quality Checks

Adhere to internal company policies, banking regulations, and fair practice codes while interacting with clients.

Ensure all loan sales and document collection are done transparently and as per audit norms.

Escalate any suspected fraudulent activity or document discrepancy to the manager immediately.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams

Liaise with the credit team, document verification team, and banking partners to ensure smooth processing of cases.

Share feedback on common customer queries, complaints, and loan application bottlenecks.

Collaborate with tele-calling executives, field officers, or loan disbursement teams wherever required.
