A Client Relationship Executive at Xobin ensures that customers achieve their desired goals using the Xobin platform. The executive will act as a liaison between the customer and Xobin's internal team. This is a client-facing role that involves relationship management, account management, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage product expertise and technical knowledge to delight customers.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product and Customer Success teams to solve customer complaints/queries.
• Handle customer concerns over chat/email with confidence, putting them at ease.
• Drive the onboarding of customers.
• Share analytics, insights, and best practices with customers.
• Contribute to creating online support documentation which helps other sub-functions to manage customers.
