Job Summary(CRM) :
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
- Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
- Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager(CRM), Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
