Hiring - Client Relationship Officer (Day Shift / Voice / Hindi) Weekend OFF
- We are currently recruiting Candidates for Client Relationship Officer.
- Both Fresher’s and Experienced can Apply
- Handle In-Bound and Out-Bound Calls / emails to clients
- Providing feedback & status updates to internal teams and clients
- Manage Multiple Client Accounts
- Follow up on Payments with clients
- Responsible for Service Delivery
- No Sales
- Should have excellent written and oral communication
- Should be fluent in Hindi & English
- Hands on experience in customer handling
- Should be dynamic and energetic
