An iron Steel & Metal Manufacturing Company is looking:
Post: Client Relationship Officer.
Number of post: One Male and one Female
Monthly pay: Rupees 14000/- per month plus bonus.
Job location; Rajdanga kolkata
Eligibility: Suitable candidates with English medium background and the candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experienced.
Age: below 30 years and must be computer literate.
Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsibility: A Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and working to resolve any issues that may arise. CROs also play a role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain and expand client relationships.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Officer:
Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
Identifying and addressing client concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Conducting regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Client Engagement and Communication:
Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Handling client calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Providing clear and concise information to clients about products, services, and company updates.
Giving presentations to clients about new products or services.
Sales and Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets by focusing on client retention and growth.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
Problem Solving and Resolution:
Identifying and addressing client issues and concerns proactively.
Working with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
Implementing solutions and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
