Job Description

Currently we are having a vacancy for the post of a Client Service Coordinator who will act as liaison between eLanguageWorld and the client. You would be responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and clients in a way that clients have an optimal experience.

Responsibilities and duties:

Handle all clients’ service requests by doing a thorough analysis of the request (rates, deadline, quantity etc.) and pass details to the relevant team immediately.
Provides accurate, clear, concise and timely project instructions to all the team members working on a given project, and do a follow-up to ensure it is going as planned.
Maintains accurate, up-to-date and complete records of all quotes, jobs and clients.
Conduct performance evaluation of team members involved and provide appropriate feedbacks for improvements.
Build and maintain close relationships with clients
Ensure client queries are resolved immediately
Coordinate with clients and team to find a mutual solution to problem, if at any point in time, client become dissatisfied with the services they’ve been offered.

Must have skills:

Educated up to bachelor’s degree
Ability to multi-task
Team management skills
Flexible with time
Computer proficiency

Good to have skills:

Experience in client facing and/or translation industry
