Job Description

JD for Profile:

Working on event proposals, conceptualization of event proposals, creative supervision, quality control, assigning jobs/roles with respect to the event to other team members, making plan of action, taking updates, risk management (event specific) and problem solving.
Preparing intellectual presentation (PowerPoint) and cost effective commercial proposal confirm the project.
Participate in Review and team meetings during the project to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget Candidate should have passion for events & hunger for knowledge.
Co-ordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project.
Closing the project with proper P & L statements for the projects.
