Job Description
JD for Profile:
- Working on event proposals, conceptualization of event proposals, creative supervision, quality control, assigning jobs/roles with respect to the event to other team members, making plan of action, taking updates, risk management (event specific) and problem solving.
- Preparing intellectual presentation (PowerPoint) and cost effective commercial proposal confirm the project.
- Participate in Review and team meetings during the project to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
- Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget Candidate should have passion for events & hunger for knowledge.
- Co-ordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project.
- Closing the project with proper P & L statements for the projects.
