CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of company Services
• Taking Proper Follow up on time from the calls made on daily basis 
• Should have good communication Skills Convincing Clients by explaining the company Services and charges including benefits of our Services to take the Same Will be responsible to convert the lead into the potential client with powerful communication skills Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.

 CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION: 

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
•  Ability to handle stressful situations   
• Ability to offer excellent customer service  
•  Consult and call fresh clients on their inquiries
