The Domain Client Service Manager (CSM) role is the primary interface for day to day activities between resellers and the .desi gTLD.  Overall this role is tasked with customer and reseller development and will report to .desi management. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
Working in conjunction with our partners to:

  • Research on key market areas / target groups
  • Call international and local clients and pitching .desi websites
  • Connect with prospective customers via email and calls to establish rapport
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the prospective customers
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Personally meet prospective clients and pitch .desi
  • Participate in relevant events and build a database of potential customers
