Roles and responsibilities
● Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries. Precisely understand the client's needs and offer suitable solutions. Prepare plans while ensuring high profitability and up/cross-sell opportunities
● articulate brand requirements and communicate them to the internal teams. Wear the brandhat and disseminate information internally. Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different units within the team
● Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
● Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
● Keep track of the competition and revenue lost to competitors. Maintain a feedback loop between the inbound, content, and outbound teams on evolving client needs
● Maintain all records and databases in the sales CRM such as customer profiles, etc.
