Client Service Executive

Job Summary
The Client Service Executive will focus on customer inquiries, product availability, product feasibility, and presence on the website, order management, return and refund process, vendor coordination, team coordination as this role required a complete idea of customer service, product understanding, and coordination with other teams.
Executive Duties and Responsibilities
1.Handle order fulfillment process
2.Ensuring communication by mail, chat, and calls with buyers for hassle-free Order Process.
3.Helping buyers in finding products on the website, Answering the inquiry.
4.Solving buyer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.
5- Manage and handle invoices, logistics, and delivery.
6- Preparing, Quotes, Invoice, PO for Bulk and Corporates order
7-Handling Logistic, Shipping Documents, etc
8-Working with Logistic Partner
9- Order Fulfilment, Customer Service, and logistics will be the key functionality of a person.
Executive Requirements and Qualifications
● Looking to make his career in client service, operation, the supply chain would be the ideal candidates
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call,
connect, and interact with potential customers
● Persuasive and goal-oriented
● Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
● Excellent analytical and time-management skills
● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Nice to Have
● Bachelor’s degree (Only) preferred
● Packaging Industry or Startup background experience will give an extra advantage.
● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
● No Experience or having internship experience will get preference
