- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Pitch about our company to new clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Ability to connect with clients and understand their brief in details.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing management with feedback
- Increasing Client base
- Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of client's requirements, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements -
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Work well within a team.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
