• The Client Services Director ( CSD ) is the key strategic and Operational Contact for our internal team and the client. 
• He / She is accountable for all deliverables, work flow, consistency of the Creative Product and Client Satisfaction as a whole. 
• In many ways, the CSD drives the effort to sustain and grow business with the client and is accountable for the same. 
• The CSD must get “under the skin” of both the brand and the client relationship, not just from the perspective of excellence in delivery but also from the perspective of building a long term, enduring relationship leading to 360 degree growth. 
• The CSD will be taking in lead in providing relevant marketing solutions for the brand, marketing and business problems of the client.
• He / She should be able to develop viable & innovative strategies both offline and online campaigns. 
• The CSD is expected to identify and develop new business opportunities within the current client portfolio or beyond within a large client umbrella.
• This position is ideal for a highly networked, motivated & sales-focused individual with the ability to work with all levels of management in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Find new business opportunities, nurture new business lead and run pitches
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth with existing clients
• Drive strategic thinking on the business
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the reporting manager of any problems that may arise.
• Owns to the procedures for a new work for clients.
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
• Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
