  • Outward communications about the company focussed towards building new corporate relations
  • Communicating with existing clientele on relevant projects and future prospective business
  • Planning and monitoring existing and new projects
  • Eliciting requirements and facilitating an technical communication bridge between the client and technology team
  • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to facilitate communication both ways.
  • Conduct meetings with the business development team to gather business requirements.
  • A strong understanding of software design principles and development best practices within the software development life cycle
  • Write complete business requirements and facilitate sign-off.
  • Produce detailed functional requirement specifications using different modelling techniques including use cases, workflow diagrams, etc.
  • Work with system architects to ensure system design meets business requirements.
  • Present high level system architecture to business stakeholders as it relates to business requirements
  • Communicate requirements and updates to the business team.
  • Create test plans and and conduct testing for the platform and share the bugs with the development team.
  • Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing
  • Support tracking of bugs/enhancements/features as part of the change management process
  • Ensure consistency of specifications across sub-systems
  • Write, revise, and edit client education, user, administrative, and support materials (user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, training materials, online help)
  • Work with Senior Team on monitoring and controlling the project, including reporting progress against plan.
  • Good command over English language to resolve issues under time constraint
  • Support the team in managing project risks and issues, dependencies & assumptions, including developing contingency plans.
