Job Role: Client Servicing Executive
Role Description:
- Handle support calls from agencies. Solving queries, briefing them about our processes/policies
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify agencies’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Providing support/training to new agencies to onboard them
- Build sustainable relationships and engage agencies by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Providing support to the delivery team to get proposals from the agencies
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
