Client Servicing Executive
Job Description
- Building and maintaining relationship with existing & new clients of the company.
- Meeting existing & new clients on everyday basis to build strong relationship.
- Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied with the support provided.
- Identifying as well as developing sources to get more clients for the company & passing leads to the sales team.
- Preparing and providing weekly scheduled of planned activities.
- Conducting reviews on monthly basis to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided by the company.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Letting clients know about new products/services the company offers.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Advising them about the client requirements & issues in detail.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
