Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure their satisfaction, and coordinate internally to deliver services that meet client expectations.
The Client Servicing Executive plays a crucial role in building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing excellent service to drive business growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Understand client requirements and expectations to provide tailored service solutions.

Manage client accounts, track project progress, and coordinate with teams like sales, marketing, and operations for seamless delivery.

Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.

Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and service updates.

Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and upselling opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM tools.
