1. Fresher would do, but needs to be very smart as this role entails handling multiple client projects.  

2. The candidate should be inclined towards a career in Digital or Marketing, preferably someone who has completed a few Digital marketing courses.

3. Excellent English speaking & written skills. 

Roles and Responsibilities will entail 

• Client Servicing which includes being the primary point of contact for the company’s clients that are assigned to you and maintaining monthly dashboards, data analyses, reports etc. 
• Taking the minutes of the meeting (MOM) and following up with team members for updates on various tasks. 
• Managing the client from acquisition, overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs, timelines and generating monthly progress reports for clients. 
• Serve as a link between client and the internal team, ensuring proper communication reaches to both.
• Communicating with clients on a regular basis updating them on their respective projects through emails, calls and face to face meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are clearly defined and met. 

Desired candidate profile

• Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management and organizational skills. 
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to multitask between different client projects and should be a team player. 
• Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
