Client Servicing Executive
Job Description
Understand client needs and explain relevant products or services
Convert leads into active clients by guiding them through the enrollment process
Maintain client records and update CRM tools regularly
Coordinate with internal teams (like sales or support) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Build and maintain relationships with enrolled clients for long-term engagement
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and proactive servicing.

Act as the first point of contact for client queries, concerns, and updates.

Understand the client’s business model, target audience, and service expectations.

Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings (in-person or virtual), and status check-ins.
2. Project Coordination:

Gather and understand client briefs in detail, and communicate them clearly to the respective internal teams.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across departments (e.g., design, digital, sales, content).

Ensure that project milestones are met and final deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.

Maintain accurate documentation, including project schedules, approvals, and client feedback.
3. Communication & Reporting:

Create and share project updates, reports, and presentations with clients as per the agreed timeline.

Maintain clear internal communication to align team members with client expectations.

Escalate potential bottlenecks, delays, or conflicts to the manager and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate the creation and delivery of client-facing documents such as proposals, reports, or invoices.
4. Business Development Support:

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

Work with the sales or business development team to prepare proposals or pitch documents.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis as required by the client team.
5. Client Satisfaction & Feedback:

Collect regular feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Manage client grievances professionally and work towards swift resolution.

Help in organizing and executing client events, presentations, or webinars (if applicable).
