Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for interacting with clients, understanding briefs, campaign planning and management.
Ø Brainstorm, develop and implement comprehensive and creative digital marketing strategies that align with clients business goals.
Ø Convey comprehensive information and directives to both internal and external teams through on-point briefings and communications.
Ø Coordinate projects and determine the best utilization of resources.
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and campaign
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular interactions and follow-ups.

Understand the client’s business model, industry trends, and expectations.
2. Project Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, design, technical, sales, operations) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

Prepare and manage timelines, status reports, and task sheets for active projects.

Monitor project progress and alert relevant parties of any delays, risks, or issues.
3. Client Communication:

Communicate project updates, service details, proposals, and results to clients clearly and professionally.

Conduct review meetings, collect feedback, and ensure proper documentation of discussions and action points.

Handle client queries, requests, or complaints promptly, aiming for high satisfaction and quick resolution.
4. Account Growth & Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.

Assist in preparing customized proposals, presentations, and business pitches.

Maintain a high client retention rate by ensuring consistent value delivery.
5. Administrative & Reporting Duties:

Maintain updated client records including contact information, project documentation, and communication history.

Provide regular performance reports, feedback summaries, and project updates to senior management.

Ensure billing and invoicing are completed accurately and on time in coordination with the accounts team.
6. Market & Competitor Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Share insights with internal teams to align services with client expectations and market standards.
