Company: Rishiraj Media Location: Saket, New Delhi Salary Bracket: ₹3,50,000 – ₹3,75,000 (as per market standards & candidate experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year About the Role Rishiraj Media is looking for a smart, proactive, and energetic Jr. Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. You will manage day-to-day client communication, understand requirements, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events. Ideal candidates have agency experience (especially in events) or a Mass Communication background with a passion for advertising, branding, and client management.
Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, operations, and digital). • Understand client briefs and communicate them clearly to internal teams. • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution. • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in project delivery. • Support campaign planning and execution to achieve client satisfaction.
Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in advertising, creative, or events agency (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Understanding of advertising, branding, print, and digital marketing concepts. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
