Job Description
2. Project & Campaign Management: Coordinate and oversee the execution of campaigns, from brief to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
3. Client Relationship & Growth: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the agency in upselling or expanding the scope of services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by consistently delivering high service standards

Schedule and lead regular client meetings (virtual or in-person) to review performance, take feedback, and understand future needs

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client accounts, including goals, challenges, and key performance indicators
2. Project & Campaign Coordination

Work closely with the sales, marketing, design, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests

Coordinate deliverables and timelines as per client requirements

Communicate changes, updates, or feedback to relevant internal stakeholders

Track the progress of ongoing tasks, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality
3. Issue Resolution

Address client concerns promptly and professionally, providing quick resolutions

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the client informed

Follow up on complaints to ensure complete client satisfaction
4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meetings, deliverables, and feedback

Prepare regular status reports and presentations for clients

Ensure documentation is always up to date for audits and quality assurance purposes
5. Client Upselling & Retention Support

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs

Work with the business development or account management team to present tailored service solutions

Support renewals and contract extensions by demonstrating consistent value
6. Market Awareness

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client-specific market developments

Suggest strategic improvements to enhance the client servicing process

Gather client feedback and collaborate with the team to improve service standards
