About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet and direct customers
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product description, pricing, and after-sales services)
3. Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
5. Work on cross-sell products
6. Ensure racks are fully stocked
7. Manage returns of merchandise
8. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services
