Job Description
1. Investor service done through correspondence, telephone calls, emails and OTC
visits (on the counter visits)
2. Ensuring that all responses given to investors complete and accurate so that repeat
cases are avoided
Key Responsibilities

Respond to investor queries via phone calls, emails, letters, and OTC visits promptly and accurately.

Ensure that all investor communications are complete, precise, and documented to prevent repeat queries.

Maintain proper records of interactions, queries, and resolutions in internal systems.

Provide guidance to investors regarding account statements, transactions, and services offered.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, and compliance) to resolve complex queries.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for investor communication and grievance handling.

Update investors on relevant notifications, account updates, and service-related information.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members while keeping the client informed.
Skills & Competencies Required

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Good interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in maintaining records.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, and data entry).

Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.

Eagerness to learn about investment products and client servicing.
