About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as a liaison between the client and the creative team of McCann
2. Interact with client and the creative team to resolve client concerns
3. Make informed decisions that benefit both the client and the company
4. Respond promptly to the client's inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
5. Prioritize client cases and escalate issues as needed to other departments
6. Work with support teams to ensure client satisfaction and brand recognition
7. Follow company procedures to respect client's privacy
