Job Description
Designation - Client Servicing
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all matters related to the company's products and services
2. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's business objectives and drive revenue growth
3. Collaborate with internal operations and finance teams to ensure a seamless hassle-free experience for clients
4. Proactively identify and address client concerns, challenges, and opportunities, seeking ways to add value and deepen the relationship
Requirements:
1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
2. Ability to communicate effectively with clients over email, phone, and in-person meetings
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Knowledge about the digital advertising industry
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
6. Ability to function effectively without the need for micro-management, while handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
7. Collaborative mindset
