Client Servicing Jobs Opening in Avidii at Bangalore
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional client servicing : As a Client servicing Intern at Avidii, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our clients. You'll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure client satisfaction is always achieved
2. Assisting with Student onboarding: You'll play a vital role in guiding new client through the process of setting up their accounts, explaining features, and offering support during their initial usage of our innovative software
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues: You'll possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues, guide customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary
4. Ensuring accurate documentation: You'll maintain meticulous records of client interactions, documenting inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to enhance the efficiency of our support team and improve future client experiences.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You'll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, track bugs, and suggest improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our products and services
6. Conducting client satisfaction surveys: You'll have the opportunity to gather valuable feedback from our client, using surveys and follow-up calls to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately increase customer loyalty.
