Job Description
Designation: Client Servicing
Responsibilities :
1. Act as a link between the company and the client
2. Handle multiple accounts right from receiving design briefs, briefing the design team, and managing account deliverables within the set timelines
3. Engage with the designing team to ensure that the design solution presented to the client meets/surpasses expectations
4. Allot work to the team members, and update them if there are any changes needed
5. Deliver creatives of all projects and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables at all times.
6. Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients
