Client Servicing Jobs Opening in The Minimalist at Mumbai
Job Description
Building and maintaining relationships with clients: You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are being met. This involves regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with solutions.
Project management: You will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish. This includes creating project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordination with internal teams: You will need to work closely with other teams within the agency, such as the creative and technical teams, to ensure that projects are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Reporting and analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing project data and generating reports on project progress and results. This will involve working with data and analytics tools to measure and report on project success.
Research: You will need to stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology, and conduct research to identify new opportunities for clients.
Administrative tasks: You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, proposals, and project status reports.
Client retention: You will be responsible for retaining clients by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services.
