Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on receiving orders, placing orders, and assigning representatives to execute orders
2. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
3. Make potential customer calls and draft day to day emails
4. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution
5. Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
6. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
7. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
8. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
9. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
10. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
11. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission
12. Develop tie-ups with new consumers
