Client Servicing Operations Job in Propacity at Pune

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Driving critical pivots around the overall process of client service management
2. Working on getting to know the landscape more deeply: consumers, competitors, and potential partners
3. Handling communications planning & execution
4. Coordinating end-to-end for agreements, reconciliations, payments, data, etc. for managing campaigns
5. Analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and relevant cohorts to tailor and execute communications
6. Tracking and finding ways to optimize offer performance
7. Iterating on different communication strategies
8. Identifying opportunities across different verticals and supporting the team with the operational activities of new partners
