Job Description
We are looking for Client Success Associate for our team. Any hard core sales experience can apply. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. One must have proven experience as tele sales. Must have negotiation and interpersonal skills.

As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone while fostering strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Your role is critical to both revenue growth and customer satisfaction, serving as the bridge between our company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone to close sales deals.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to ensure client expectations are met.
Track interactions and manage client records using CRM tools.
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
