Job Description
- Designation: Client Service Executive (female Only)
- Place work: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
- Taking care of complete cycle of deal from start to end and prepare MIS report on daily basis.
- To remain as single point of contact for customers with queries, complaint, Feedback, request etc.
- Interact with client and business development team via phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various issues.
- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer service experience.
- Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
- Maintaining cordial relation with clients and BD's
- Fix the meeting of client with BD's
