Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
2. Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
3. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
4. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
5. Work with product management to give feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
6. Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
7. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
8. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
9.Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
10. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
11. Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales and marketing teams
