Job Description

Greet patients, answer and redirect incoming calls, respond to patients' questions and schedule appointments

Welcome guests, provide information, and address patient concerns.

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Maintain and update patient records and documentation

Process billing and insurance information

Coordinate with medical staff and assist with administrative tasks

Ensure the waiting area is clean and welcoming

Assist with patient paperwork and data entry

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
