Job Description

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities via cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.

  • Client Engagement: Meet clients (virtually/in-person), understand needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships.

  • Sales Process Management: Handle inquiries, give demos, prepare quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

  • Target Achievement: Work to meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and quotas.

  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records, track progress in CRM software, and generate sales reports.

  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams for a seamless customer experience.

  • Event Participation: Attend trade shows and conferences to boost brand visibility and find leads.
