Qualification: For General Recruitment: M.Sc. Or B.Sc. Degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University with 1 year experience in Clinical Speciality, or Teaching, or Basic B.Sc. Degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University with Post Basic Diploma in Clinical Speciality.
For Lateral Induction: M.Sc. Or B.Sc. Degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University with 1 year experience in Clinical Speciality, or Teaching, or Basic B.Sc. Degree in Nursing acquired from a recognized University with at least 5 years experience of serving under this State Government in the Cadre of West Bengal Nursing Service, or West Bengal General Service.
Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali – Spoken & Written Age: Not more than 36 years on the 1st Day of January 2019. The age may be relaxed for otherwise well qualified candidates and for persons already in Government Service. Provided that the age may be relaxed for the candidates belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes as per the Government orders in force. For Lateral Induction, age should not be not more than 50 years on the 1st day of January 2019, relaxable for otherwise well qualified candidates.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 9000/- – 40,500/- [Grade Pay – Rs. 4400/-]. Dearness allowance as per Government norm; Uniform, Washing and amenity allowances as admissible.
Fee: Candidates must submit the application fee amounting to Rs. 210/- (Rupees two hundred ten only) through Bank participating in the GRIPS (Govt. Receipt Portal System), Govt. of West Bengal at Receipt Head of Account: ‘ 0051-00-104- 002-16’.

Clinical Instructors for the Comprehensive Skills Laboratories at various
Govt. Colleges of Nursing under the control of Health & Family Welfare Department .
