About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure adherence tracking is recorded and monitored (information is shared with the patient and family, appropriately)
2. Schedule replenishments of all medication/tests to be undertaken by the customer
3. Measure key patient parameters (vitals)
4. Remind/prompt scheduled lab tests or doctor visits
5. Identify first level trends in adherence and counsel the customer and initiate next level intervention from the company, if required, while sustaining adherence
6. Provide information and explanation of diagnoses, options, outcome, and risk and escalate where required
7. Identify chronic disease patterns and suggest improved care
8. Talk about new products and services that are available beyond the current level of services in health care services

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Aug'20 and 16th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Should have a valid driving license
2. Should have a two-wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC book, insurance, emission test, and vehicle insurance
