Recruiter: Clinical/Pharmaceutical Recruiter (US Market)
- Responsible for handling Scientific /Clinical requirements for US based clients.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from Internal Database, Job Boards, Postings and Networking within time frame.
- Strong comprehension skills i.e. ability to learn and interpret Scientific /Clinical terminologies.
- Ability to communicate and establish reputation of own and company immediately.
- 1-3 years of working experience with direct clients in Scientific /Clinical roles OR;
- Alternate industry experience (Fresher) with education in Biotechnology/Biology from a reputed institute
