Job Location : Chennai

Introduction

Requirements

Overall Experience-

3 to 10 years

Mandatory Experience-

PA

CTMS - Clinical Trial Management System, OC -Oracle Clinical

Responsible for acknowledging the ticket. They check ticket classification, details and verify whether it has relevant severity, etc.
Responsible for monitoring infra/application and alert the stakeholders.
Responsible for addressing tickets with the help of SOP’s, other tickets will be routed to L2 team.
To ensure application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete.
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Experience in CTMS, OC
1-3 years of experience

Experience in providing the Support & Maintenance of the applications (Technical & Domain) process and involving minor enhancements
Diagnosing and reporting of bugs with vendor for defects in the product.
Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams.
Trouble shoot complex production issues and including but not limited to Performance issues & Server configuration/issues.
Experience in CTMS, OC
3-6 years of experience

SA/M

Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.
Adhere to SLAs & ensure the team adheres to the SLAs.
Prepare/Present status reports as needed
Identifications, analysis and effort estimation for minor enhancements
To ensure continuity of the business processes supported by one or many applications / services
Ensuring continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached
Experience in CTMS, OC
6-10 years of experience
