Your Role and Responsibilities

• Proposing a service model for the proposed customer or NPD solution
• Reviewing Service Level Agreements and Third-party engagements
• Contributing to the Customer High Level Service Design
• Creating the Service Architecture HLD and DSD (Detailed Service Design or SoM- Service Operation Manual)
• Clarifying the service management processes and proposing enhancements as appropriate
• Reviewing people roles, skills and capabilities
• System and tooling impacts
• Provide expertise in industry standard and standard methodology techniques for Business Analysis, Service Design and Service Architecture
• Ensure that designs are operable, maintainable, scalable and robust
• Capture and management of risks, issues and assumptions relating to the Architecture, design, introduction, build and run of the service

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of working as a Service Designer on complex and bespoke IT infrastructure projects

Proficient in Cloud services, managed services and/or hosting environment

Working knowledge in supporting projects that span multi-disciplinary geographically spread.
Proven capability to listen, interpret and play back complex requirements, information and solutions in fast-paced pressurized environment.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Knowledge and experience of working on ARC Sight Solution
• Cisco ACS, AAA and TACACS configuration experience
• CCNA security or equivalent knowledge
• CCSA
• CCIE (Security)
• ITIL Foundation is desirable
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
