Excellent communication skills in English ITIL foundation certification or comparable experience Strong experience in managing external providers, customers, and stakeholders Experience in AI technologies and providers preferably AWS Structured, analytic, calmed, and professional appearance Taking the responsibility of our Contact Center Telephony Service in India Managing external telecommunication providers, suppliers, IT technicians and software developers Leading rollout projects
