Position Purpose: -
- Working with internal customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation, carrying out network design, specification, and configuration. Troubleshooting network problems Researching specific solutions and projects, Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process Providing 3rd line technical support out of hours work to implement technical solutions.
- Know the language of business and domain knowledge Understand the conceptual, logical, and physical architecture Ability to deliver at pace, whilst making effective decisions
- Evangelizing and instilling best practices across the organization
- Work on the security at multiple levels
- Ability to input into helping shape engineering best practices and standards. Investigate faults in systems, processes, and services, and advise on the implementation of appropriate solutions and preventative measures.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- You will be expected to manage and/or participate in an on-call service providing out-of-hours support and general changed approved maintenance across our teams.
