Job Description
- Business Interlocking: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align network performance goals with organizational objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives.
- Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints related to network performance promptly and effectively. Investigate and analyze the root causes of network issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
- Cluster Level Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimization activities at the cluster level. Identify areas of improvement, evaluate network KPIs, and develop optimization plans to enhance network capacity, coverage, and quality.
- NPI Support: Provide support to the Network Planning and Implementation (NPI) team by offering technical expertise and guidance during the planning and deployment of new network infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of new sites and technologies into the existing network.
- Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with regulatory bodies when necessary and provide necessary documentation and reports as per regulatory standards.
- Site Physical Audits: Conduct regular physical audits of network sites to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify potential issues or risks and take appropriate actions to address them, ensuring the network infrastructure are maintained in optimal condition.
